1. General Use of Car Park Chester

By using Car Park Chester, you agree to:

Follow all parking rules and safety guidelines displayed on-site.
Pay parking fees using our card-only pay stations or Hozah® Auto Pay system.
Park responsibly, ensuring your vehicle is within marked bays and does not obstruct traffic flow.
Use the car park at your own risk, as we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or belongings.

2. Payment & Charges

Payment must be made before leaving using our pay stations on Levels 1, 2, and 3 or via Hozah® AutoPay.
No cash payments are accepted—only card payments are allowed.
Failure to pay the correct fee may result in penalty charges or enforcement action.
Parking fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. Security & Liability

CCTV surveillance is in operation 24/7 to ensure safety.
Car Park Chester is not liable for theft, damage, or loss of personal property left in vehicles.
Users must take reasonable precautions, such as locking vehicles and not leaving valuables inside.

4. Accessibility & Lift Access

Accessible parking spaces are available near key entry points.
Lifts are only available between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM. Outside these hours, access is only via the ramp.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in regulations, payment methods, or car park policies. The latest version will always be available on our website.
